Why I Built This Site
I’m just a regular guy cooking for one or two people, if we don’t count my cats and dogs – every single day.
After spending years dealing with kitchen content that assumed I had a walk-in pantry and $1,000 to spend on a whim, I decided to start something more grounded. This site is for people with normal routines and real-world kitchens. It’s for those of you that need gear and advice that works out of the box.
Everything here is written by me (or someone I trust) based on hands-on testing and clear editorial standards. I always keep it practical, direct, and helpful.
